Nigerian Drug Dealer Arrested with 'Ice' Stashed in his Anus

Pattaya Police Monday afternoon announced the arrest of a Nigerian man and a Thai woman who were being charged with supply and possession of a significant quantity of Ice, a banned narcotic substance. The African had reportedly hidden the drugs in his rectum.
The case began when police arrested a 29-year-old Thai woman at a hotel on Pattaya Third Road Sunday night after 3.8 grams of crystal methamphetamine, more commonly known as "Yah Ice," and drug-taking equipment were found on her body. Naturally, she soon revealed the name of her supplier, who turned out to be a 33-year-old Nigerian man, identified as Mr. Mbaeri Chinyere, who was based on Soi Nana in Bangkok.
Undercover officers then contacted the Nigerian, who agreed to travel from Bangkok to a house in Soi Neunplubwaan. After he arrived at the house, he was immediately arrested and 10.5 grams of “Ice” were found on his person. The drugs were reportedly wrapped in a plastic bag and had been "stashed in his anus."
After extracting the plastic bag from his anus, the Nigerian explained he was "just a traveler" who decided to turn to drug dealing as a "way of making ends meet." He also confessed that he used to purchase the Ice from a "major Thai agent" in Bangkok, and would sell the drugs on to smaller foreign as well as Thai agents.
